I'm running the ASICS London 10K for Total Insight Theatre, an award-winning charity supporting children and young people. I'm running for this charity because I want to raise money to support more children and young people, especially given the disproportionate impact the pandemic has had - and will continue to have - on their lives. 

Total Insight Theatre was founded in 2014 to deliver social change through the arts. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the charity underwent an incredible transformation, delivering all its services online to continue supporting children and young people:

“During the workshop we had to look back on our time in isolation and it really helped me process everything that happened. A massive anxiety was taken off my shoulders and I also came to the realisation that I should embrace change rather than fear it. It really helped my mental health and I loved being around people who felt the same to me, it made me feel so less alone in these scary times.”
