So as you all know every year since losing my beautiful mum I have done an event to raise money for St Joseph's Hospice where my mum stayed in her last few weeks. They were so amazing with her, she was always smiling there and loved the staff. It made an ever so sad and awful time a bit easier knowing she was being so looked after. Last year me and my cousin did a 10 mile walk, my cousin has also battled with cancer and his mum also has and both beat the life out of it!  I've also done an an abseil (and I hate heights), a tough mudder, a run dressed as santa and a princess over the last 5 years and now me and my cousin have decided to sign up for a half marathon!! I can only run 3 miles at the minute and this will be 13 miles so a very big challenge for me. I've so far raised around £12,000 for the Hospice since 2016. But once again if I can raise money and help someone else in St Joseph's it will make me happy and I know for a fact my mum would be beaming with pride and that's what spurs me on.
