We are going to be visiting all 31 of Dartmoor's old Ordnance Survey Trig Points over the next few months. No small feat but it's all going towards something fantastic. 

Action East Devon is a charity that supports so many people; whether they are carers in need of company, young people suffering with mental health issues or dementia patients. AED's aim is to support all of them. They combat loneliness and isolation and provide things such as counselling, reminiscence events and activities to help carers regain a bit of time for themselves. 

It's a fantastic cause and we really hope that you will be able to help support us on this #trigpointchallenge!
