Run 100 miles in April · 1 April 2020

Women’s Aid Federation of England is the national charity working against domestic abuse. Alongside our campaigning, training, and advocacy projects, our direct support services, including our Live Chat Helpline, support thousands of women and their children to escape abuse every year.

Story

I am looking to raise £100 by running 100 miles over the month of April for Women's Aid. 100 miles is the equivalent of 3.8 marathons and the most I've ever run in a month. So far (on 21st April) I have reached 59 miles.

Women's Aid offer vital support to victims of domestic abuse. They are urgently in need of donations to keep their life-saving services running and are looking to raise £200,000. Domestic abuse killings have more than doubled since the start of lockdown so please give if you can.

I don't have a picture of me running, but the cover photo is Peckham Rye Park where you can usually catch me sweating and listening to Lizzo.
