Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – they’re there when it matters. Their doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.

Hi I'm Ella and I'm 9, while I've been off school during the covid-19 lockdown I've really enjoyed baking treats for my friends, family and neighbours to try keep them smiling, when I heard Manorlands hospice were struggling for money during these times I asked my mum whether we could sell my baking.

So on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during this lockdown I will be baking and my mummy and Lee will be helping me take orders and deliver to doorsteps. I will update the page with what treats are on offer each day and we just ask you to either donate online via my justgiving page or leave me some change out and we will add it to the account.

Special thanks to John and Sue Rudden at Grassington House who have kindly offered to donate all the flour and sugar etc I need.
