In memory of my sister
In December, I lost my sister to suicide. There are no words to fully express the heartbreak and shock of losing someone you love in this way.
I’m raising money for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) because I want to help others who are struggling with the same pain my sister felt — to let them know they are not alone, and that there is support out there.
CALM is dedicated to preventing suicide and offering a lifeline to anyone feeling overwhelmed or hopeless. Every donation helps them to continue their life-saving work, and gives someone a chance to find light in the darkness.
If you can donate, thank you. If you can’t, please consider sharing — you never know who might need it.
Let’s keep the conversation going. Let’s help save lives.
I'm doing Walk 90 Miles in June for Campaign Against Living Miserably and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support. We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living.Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. CALM exists to change this - by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
