The ongoing siege and occupation of Gaza have traumatised children and caused psychological problems. In particular, the most recent bombing campaign, which resulted in the death of over 200 Palestinians - including more than 60 children - has resulted in even more trauma. 

For these children living in Gaza, physical activity improves their mental and physical health. It gives them a safe space to just be, and play. The Big Ride for Palestine is teaming up once again with MECA to raise funds for building a new playground and sports field in Rafah, Palestine.
