We are an emerging contemporary dance company based in the North East, and just like many of us, we are feeling the struggles of isolation, social distancing and staying inside. 

With little else that we can do, we are determined to use our skills to bring smiles to the public and help raise money for the lifesaving NHS.

'CO-iNSiDE' is here to capture isolated couples in lockdown and get people moving by sharing with us who they are 'CO-iNSiDiNG' with.
