In July some of my relatives and I are doing a standard Triathlon: 1.5 km swim , 46km cycle and 9.6 km run.

I will be taking part and fundraising for The Psoriasis Association charity as this is something very personal to me. I have previously encountered random flare ups of Psoriasis  ( a chronic auto immune skin condition ) on and off for the last 4 years , which consists of red, patchy, itchy skin and lasts for months (hence: me 🤝high neck tops), currently there is no curable solution as it just goes away randomly. 

This chosen charity not only does research to find a cure and raise awareness of the condition, but also helps other sufferers who particularly struggle to deal with going about a normal everyday life. This is why it’s so important to me as any donations could make a large impact on other people’s wellbeing - any change would be greatly appreciated .
