Control Motion Dance are a charity in South Wales dedicated to creating beautiful & treasured memories by providing exciting opportunities and experiences in dance. They have dance groups for young and old, able, disabled and even for young carers; often run by dance volunteers aged 12 years upwards, its an inspiring environment.

Please help me to raise atleast £60 which is enough to fund the dance studio for a day.

I love street dance, and am super proud to be part of a dance team called “Array of Motion”. I didn’t know anyone when I joined, but I soon gained confidence and self esteem and made new friends, and we have so much fun – dancing is good for your soul (especially
right now)...
