The safina lion project is a charity set up by our colleague James Welch. Our aim is to raise enough money to help this charity fund a Masai warriors wages for a whole year. This will help protect lions in their natural habitat. Tough mudder is 12 miles long with over 20 obstacles to overcome and of course plenty of mud!!! I couldn't be prouder to work at Knowsley safari and it will be an honour to get over the finish line with my teammates whilst raising money for such a worthwhile cause.
