Myself and Emily will be running 10K as part of the (virtual) St David’s Day run on 27th February 2022 in Cardiff.. 

We are running to remember the incredible life of Sue Ravenscroft and raise money for her chosen charity: The Paul Satori Foundation. Sue was a light in so many of our lives, and left behind a beautiful family who we care for deeply. If we can raise just a little for this cause that Sue cared about we’d be really grateful. 

Life can be incredibly cruel, and we both have not seen strength quite like we have in our beautiful best friend after losing her mum. 

The Paul Satori Foundation was set up after a recognised need for hospice care in Pembrokeshire. It’s mission is to provide sustainable services which promote good end of life care in Pembrokeshire.
