I am very excited to share with you all that I will be running the London Marathon this October for the MS Trust, who are a wonderful charity that have helped my gorgeous mum enormously since her Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis four years ago.

On the 12th May 2017, almost suddenly, my mum began to see
double vision. She visited a number of doctors and specialists, all who
reassured her that her eyes would re-correct themselves within a few months. The following April she was diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS, and her eyes are still the same four years down the line. Multiple sclerosis is a life long condition that affects the nerves in the brain and the spinal cord, and my mum’s problems with her eyesight are just one of many possible symptoms of MS.

There are different types of MS, and the disease is different
for every person who has it, however there is currently no cure for it. For most people it is incredibly scary, as they lack information on what it means and support on how to live with it – this is why the MS Trust is so special. They fund nursing, train health professionals and essentially make people living with MS feel less alone and frightened. 

I know they have been an invaluable support to my mum during these first few years of her diagnosis and so it would mean the world to me if you would donate to this wonderful cause, not only to help other people get the support that they need to but to go towards helping find a cure one day.
