I lost my Dad last year - never thought it could happen to me or my family because in a way, you become complacent.

4 weeks ago my husband, Paul, was diagnosed with Cancer, he's just turned 40 😞 Our 12 year old son is really struggling with this diagnosis, especially after losing his Grandad to this horrible disease. 😢 He's got a lot on his 12 year old shoulders - His Dad is his best mate, bike fixer, scooter fixer, skate board fixer and all-round ACE Dad! He's also an Amazing, caring and funny husband, who always puts us first!

A little info about us...Paul & I met in high school, we used to sit together in some lessons and had a lot of fun! We got together as a couple when we were 17 years old and have been together since! So many ups, downs and struggles but 23 years later, we are facing our biggest struggle yet! Paul has a big battle ahead of him, but I know he can do it, with our support 😊
