Elliot's Hair Donation for The Little Princess Trust

Elliot James is raising money for Little Princess Trust

Donating My Hair! · 9 January 2021

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

I’ve grown my hair out since my travels around Australia in 2015, and I feel it’s time to give it up for a good cause! So I have decided to cut off my long hair in order to donate it to The Little Princess Trust so that it can be made into a real hair wig for an ill child suffering hair loss. I decided to make this justgiving page so that I could help send along a few pounds to help with the £550 production cost of each wig that this amazing charity makes!

The Little Princess Trust:

“When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. We won't stop until the research that we fund ends childhood cancer forever. Promise. Please visit us at www.littleprincesses.org.uk to find out how you can help us give young people back what cancer takes away. The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families.”
