Annecy Challenge 2018 · 4 October 2018 to 7 October 2018 ·

For 25 years, we have organised cycle events, mainly in Europe. We have raised a huge £4,378,361 mainly for cancer, heart and other medical research. We pride ourselves that EVERY PENNY that has been raised has been paid to charity - our participants paying the full fees for event entry themselves.

Story

We'll be taking on the Annecy Challenge this year from 4th - 6th October. Starting in Rouen, we'll ride 510 miles through France before reaching our destination of Annecy.

  • Thursday 4th October will see us ride 180 miles from Rouen to Mountargis with a 2587m ascent.
  • Friday 5th October will see us ride a further 190 miles from Montargis to Macon with a 3677m ascent.
  • The final day on Saturday 6th October will see us ride a final 140 miles from Macon to Annecy with a 4618m ascent.

This will certainly be one of the toughest challenges we've done and would love to smash our £10,000 fundraising target for The Countess Mountbatten Hospice Charity.

The charity adds to the care provided by Countess Mountbatten House for people at a critical and precious time in their lives. This includes holistic therapies, upkeep on the hospice garden and the small but important things like the drinks trolley and beds for overnight visitors.
