Hi there, thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Starting on 1st February I will be virtually running & cycling 1000 miles from Lands End to John O’Groats.  LEJOG is the ultimate distance challenge in the UK! I’ve set myself a target of 300 miles during the month of February! 

I have decided to raise money whilst running to support the children’s Mental Health charity Young Minds Trust.

1 in 6 children are struggling with a mental health condition. Whilst the COVID19 pandemic is a physical health emergency it is also a MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCY.

YMT are the UK’s leading charity fighting for children & young people’s mental health.
