Story
This Autumn, I’m taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon in memory of our beautiful girl, Thea, and to raise vital funds for a cause that means so much to our family.
I’ll be running to support Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex, a charity that gave us the best possible care on the worst day of our lives. Their incredible team Ben, Dave and Magnus who were with us at home, helping to stabilise Thea before transport to hospital. They looked after our girl, kept her beloved RahRah safe with her and their kindness and compassion carried us through those devastating hours.
They didn’t just care for Thea, they cared for us too. They continued to check in on her while we were at the hospital and have supported our family with incredible warmth and dedication.
Running 13.1 miles will be a challenge for me, but I’m doing it with Thea in my heart and the hope that we can give back to a cause that will continue to help others. Every donation – big or small – will help them be there for other families when it matters most.
Thank you so much for your support, it truly means the world 💙
