Myself and some of my team will be climbing Ben Nevis on September 2nd to raise money for an incredible charity called 'MIND' which supports mental health making sure no one has to face mental health alone. This charity is incredibly close to us all as like everyone we all have our own struggles, we would like to continue to spread awareness on just how vital it is to take mental health seriously and help everyone affected by mental illness, making sure they never feel alone. We wanted to commit to something that not only requires physical strength but more importantly mental resilience to show no matter how tough it gets, mental strength will always be the biggest superpower WE ALL HAVE.
