On the 2nd September 2023 I am joining a group of other fundraisers to complete the “Defeat the peak: Snowdon at night challenge” 🗻🔦✨ We will be taking on the highest mountain in England and Wales at night to help raise funds for Macmillan.  The hike will start at approx 11.45pm with an estimate of 8hrs continuous hiking to complete the challenge 🥾 (I will be accompanied by other fundraisers and experienced mountain leaders at all times)🥾

Sadly, my family know cancer very well and Macmillan has supported my loved ones through some of their darkest times.

My Brave Mum - at the age of 50 was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, after a lumpectomy, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy she is now living cancer free and can only say positive things about her experience with the Macmillan Nurses for their continuous care and support.

My Amazing Nan - My Nan who is due to turn 90 this year is sadly currently going through her own tough battle with various cancers.

The work Macmillan do on a daily basis to support as many families and individuals as they can is truly amazing.
