Story
This January, I am challenging myself to get active every day, by dancing, cycling, running, swimming, rollerblading and doing yoga. I'm also raising money for Buckinghamshire Mind. I'm doing this to improve my overall health and wellbeing and to hopefully beat the blues away this January.
Over the years I have received support from mental health services in Buckinghamshire, so I thought this would be an opportunity to give back a little to hopefully help others in need. Buckinghamshire Mind is a great mental health charity providing support to so many people.
Along with the rest of the RED community, our fitness and fundraising efforts combined with your generosity will help continue Mind's life-changing work, ensuring no-one has to face a mental health problem alone. Thank you.
