Tom and I completed a 50 mile cycle ride yesterday around the Island of Jersey.   We did it in just over 5 hours - averaging 10 miles an hour!  It was pretty exhausting but great fun and all in aid of the fantastic charity Jersey Hospice.  

Hospice in Jersey does not receive any grant from the Jersey government so is totally reliant on donations from the public!
