On the 18th July I will be competing in my first 1/2 Ironman Triathlon, and raising money for SeeKenya. 

SeeKenya provides trustworthy, high quality and life-improving eye care to prevent blindness, restore sight and improve eye health. In the UK, simple things such as eye care can be taken for granted. SeeKenya's vision is to build eye care clinics and specialist facilities, which will transform eye care in Kenya. 

 I feel a personal connection to SeeKenya having heard life changing and amazing stories from those at The King's Church Mid-Sussex who have volunteered to run clinics and provide eye-care to people who are not fortunate to access healthcare facilities.
