We are running the Skye Half Marathon tomorrow for The Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia Support Group. Our cousin was diagnosed with this devastating condition aged 19 and is a total hero dealing with it but life is tough. He has Spastic Paraplegia 11 which causes worsening muscle stiffness leading to eventual paralysis of the lower limbs, as well as a range of other neurologic symptoms that may include intellectual disability, speech difficulties (dysarthria), and reduced bladder control.

The support group fund research which could be life changing for him. Any donations would be hugely appreciated.
