Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page - i appreciate it isn't the best time to be asking people for money what with the "credit crunch" and everything - please be more generous than my Bank Manager!!

Millions of his adoring fans feared they may never see him perform live again.............but for one FINAL* time Elvis is coming out of retirement to run the Wakefield 10k Run on the morning of Sunday 5th April 2009.

RACE UPDATE!!

Elvis completed the run in just over an hour, narrowly losing a duel with "Buzz Lightyear" who to be fair to the King looked about 21 and was very skinny!!

On a serious note Elvis, along with Vicky & Val (Levi's Mum & Grandma), would like to say a HUGE  thankyou from the bottom of our hearts to everyone that supported the run and gave generously...........we set out with 2 aims......firstly to raise lots of money for a worthy cause and secondly to do Levi proud on the day.........with your help we succeeded on both counts.............Levi you are always on our minds.

There is one FINAL thing to say......................."You've been a wonderful audience, Elvis has now left the building"

Many Thanks

"The King"

* the famous white suit is being auctioned off on ebay straight after the race!
