Story
I've never been a runner, and I've never been sporty. But in March this year I started Couch to 5k. At first I could barely run for a minute, but by the time I finished in May, I could run for half an hour. Since then I've done 34 races, including several half marathons. The longest an perhaps most iconic was the London Marathon (26.2 miles) in October. I've also completed 27 parkruns.
Not only is it a great way of getting exercise outdoors, but the benefits to my health have been incredible, and I've found a new and lasting passion for running.
