I am doing this for the 1000s of people and family's a day ever effected by cancer weather dougie mac was involved or not❤️ They also help with other life limiting illnesses; ms, motor neurone ect  

They do amazing work day in, day out for when times get the toughest, through palative care, to information to 24/7 helplines from the begining of your journey, they support families when they feel like there's none💕

We decided to do this for my dad❤️ The bravest man I've met from the begging of his journey with both cancer and ms he had information and helpline numbers if needed and they're there 24/7 for support if ever needed. the fact they help with millions of people and families everyday with the heartbreaking time of palative care is amazing. 

We're doing this on behalf of everyone in every stage of they're scary journey with a life limiting illness❤️
