We are running the Asics London 10K on 9th July 2023 in memory of an incredibly special little girl, Lia Schoennagel. Our goal in running is to raise funds to support a charity that is near and dear to our hearts, Lia's Wings, which was rebranded in Lia's memory (formerly known as Lucy Air Ambulance for Children). 

Lia’s character, memory and love of life will live on through the charity’s work. She will always be at the heart of Lia’s Wings, who will continue to save and change children’s lives in her name.

Lia's Wings has built a strong reputation for hospital air transfers for children in the UK and, increasingly, abroad. They also support families in the weeks, months and years that follow the need for such a transfer. 

Lia’s parents, Patrick and Melissa, are channelling their love for their daughter and their support of Lia's Wings, to raise significant funds for Lia's Wings to expand their work. More information about the charity and Lia's impact in transforming the charity can be found here:
