I'm running the 2023 Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 1 October.

The Terrence Higgins Trust is working to end new transmissions of HIV in the UK by 2030, so this is an opportunity to help support a cause that has helped so many. 

THT is also working to reduce the stigma still  associated with HIV.

With an estimated 4,400 people living with undiagnosed HIV in England, there is still a need to support this amazing charity.

So this half marathon is dedicated to this wonderful charity and those who lost their lives to HIV/AIDS.
