Emily's hiar cut · 18 January 2020

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Emily's nan is currently going through radiotherapy and is about to loose her hair. Emily's nan has decided that she is not going to wear a wig herself.

Emily has made the decision that instead of giving her hair to her nan, she would love to be able to give it to the little princess trust, to give a child a chance of having a wig made.

This will be Emily's first big hair cut (she has only ever had it trimmed).

Please support her with this as it cost around £550 to turn the donated hair into a wig.

When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. We won't stop until the research that we fund ends childhood cancer forever. Promise. Please visit us at www.littleprincesses.org.uk to find out how you can help us give young people back what cancer takes away. The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families.
