Fundraising for Arco, Birmingham City University

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am doing a 160 foot Bungee Jump dressed as a cow to fundraise for ARCO, a collaborative project between Cape Gate MIAGI Centre for Music, a music project in Soweto, Johannesburg, South Africa and Birmingham Conservatoire Strings Department.
Arco is aiming to provide the benefits and life changing inspiration of music to children in the most deprived of circumstances. Since January 2016 Arco has been providing transformative music education activities led by Birmingham Conservatoire musicians, acting as role models for vulnerable youngsters living in areas deeply affected by poverty and crime.
Already the project has had a profound effect on everybody involved. The dedication, enthusiasm and tenacity of all the students has been so inspiring and the connections made between teachers and students have been life changing on both sides.
In July 2017, I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to go to the MIAGI Centre for Music, Soweto to meet the children we teach every week, to do a week of intense lessons and coaching with them in person.
