I have decided to sign up and run the 5k Colour Run to raise funds to help support SANDS - the stillbirth and neonatal death charity who have supported me and my family during a heart breaking time.

Your kind donations will help SANDS to continue to provide free bereavement support services to families, offering memory boxes to bereaved parents, it will also help to maintain and expand their extensive bereavement care and training programme for health professionals. Research is also incredibly important to try and help reduce the death of 15 babies every day in the UK.
