Em will walk One Metabolic Mile; and Em would walk One Metabolic more! Just to be the girl who rose awareness in memory of her big brother!

Our little lady is attempting to walk the Metabolic mile, which is no mean feat for a 1 year old, especially a 1 year old that can't officially walk on her own just yet(!) With the help of mummy and daddy she will be walking around Golden Acre Park; one of Henry's favourite spots to feed ducks, splash in muddy puddles and hang out with his best friend Ted.

We appreciate everyone's generosity to-date and don't expect much more; we simply want to make more and more people aware of the hundreds of thousands of Metabolic conditions out there. Many people are struggling day-to-day and many are in a similar situation to us where they have lost someone prescious to a Metabolic condition. Many of the conditions are so rare there is little-to-nothing anyone can do to help. If we can get just one more person aware of them and encourage them to help make more people aware, we will have achieved our goal!
