Raising money for this charity means so much to me not only because of the amazing service they provide but because it's one that my Grandparents have supported for many years. This past year has been incredibly tough, and after recently losing my Grandad I feel even more motivated to do him proud by completing this challenge and continuing to support this cause. 

On the 17th June we will complete the National Three Peaks Challenge - climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales) all within 24hrs! This is a demanding challenge that will require a huge amount of training and determination, all for a worthy cause.

We truly are a life-saving Charity kept airborne thanks to everyone who plays our lottery, makes a donation, enjoys our events, fundraises and volunteers in aid of the Charity.Our aim is to save lives, reduce or prevent disability, or suffering from critical illness and injury, by delivering a first class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
