Story

CHIPS (Christian International Peace Service) is engaging in important family support work to help vulnerable families in Northern Ghana and South London. I'm honoured to be a member of their fundraising team and I know how much of a difference your donation will make to the people we work with. If you want to find out more about their work follow this link (https://chipspeace.org/blog/).

Here's a great video which shows what CHIPS is all about -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ur8s0osTwQA#action=share

So here's the deal...I'm no runner. I've never participated in a formal race, and I tend to see better results when I set a timer to remind me to take a tray of cookies out of the oven rather than record my PB. But I think what CHIPS is doing is important and I'm keen to support them, and with your money I'll get my running shoes on and help CHIPS continue to help individuals and their families who have or are at risk of experiencing violence in their communities.

If I raise a total of:

£2.60 then I will run one lap around my local park

£26 then I will run for 26 minutes around my local park

£52 (26x2) then I will run for 26 minutes on 2 separate days

£78 (26x3) then I will run for 26 minutes on 3 separate days

£104 (26x4) then I will run for 26 minutes on 4 separate days
etc.
if I raise £260 or more I have to run a total of 26 miles before 26th August

*BONUS* any individual who donates £10 or more will be entered in a draw for free brownies to be delivered after lockdown ends
