Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  As many of you will know my brother has Crohn's. He has had it for 15 years and had more operations than he is years old.  He now does a lot of charitable work to support the knowledge of not only the public but also the medical professionals on the subject of bowels.  He is currently in the process of writing an education programme with some doctors to teach new doctors about bowels!  I therefore wanted to do my bit to support his work so I am doing a 10k run on the 12th July - and I am very much on track to do it in under an hour.  Please dig deep for a cause that is so close to both mine and Richard's heart.....Thank you xx
