A piece of my heart will always be at Trinity Hospice - Clapham; my sister's transition was peaceful and full of love due to the help and support we received as a large extended family there. The beautiful flowers, birds, trees and water features enhanced being at one with the world and helped keep this sense of grounding in our hearts and souls as a difficult journey unfolded. These beautiful treasured memories are with me forever due to the fact we were in this magical environment with such a calm and serene atmosphere.  It is important for me as a big sister to help raise money for Trinity, as they looked after my little sis so well.  I want other human beings to feel the positive benefits just as we did and I know this can only be achieved by the hospice with long term financial support.  I am running with my best friend Beth ... we have run before as a duo in memory of my dad and her mum and now it is time to bring the running shoes out once again to help alleviate some of the sadness (& sorry to say anger) in a positive way ... ie pounding the streets to get ready for the big day.  I would appreciate your support no matter how little it will make a difference.
