On June 28th I'll be taking part in Cardiff's first official Olympic scale triathlon which will be by far, the biggest physical challenge I'll come to face. Starting with a mile open water swim in Cardiff bay, followed by a 24 mile cycle and ending with a 6 mile run. 

I'll be doing this in memory of Luke Jenkins, the nephew of a close friend who unfortunately passed following major heart surgery. I'm fundraising in memory of Luke and for those with similar conditions. Money raised will help with support for those like Luke and help with funds contributing to supplies to make visits to the hospital as comfortable as possible. The charity was established by the Heath hospital in Cardiff in memory of Luke and so I will be fundraising for Cardiff and vale ULHB. Any donation would be greatly appreciated so we can ensure that children are receiving the best possible care. Thank you !!!
