I want to challenge myself by swimming or dipping in natural bodies of water every day for the entirety of December, and raise a little money for a good cause in the process! I never thought I was or could be strong, or capable enough when it came to doing active outdoorsy things- feeling intimidated, and being put off by comments from others about my physical appearance. But finding things like cold water swimming which has enriched my life and empowered me greatly, has changed my entire view of myself. 

Women should feel supported and safe always, but it's so often not the case. However, there are organisations which offer access to support, education, health and wellbeing, and safety to those who need it most. Together Women is one of them.
