Story

Hi Guys,

I have decided (for some ridiculous reason) to run the Cardiff Half Marathon in October and climb Mount Kilimanjaro in August with Emily Smyth. As most of you know, I completely shy away from any form of exercise that doesn't involve a lacrosse stick. So this is a big thing for me to do.

I am doing this in memory of Daddy and Luke and and trying to raise money for Woking Hospice. They looked after my Dad incredibly well in the last month of his life. They provided a happy and safe environment for him and gave all of us a huge amount of support. Even though Luke never stayed there, they also helped him a lot too. They made a real difference to our family and we are all so grateful to them.

Please spare a couple of quid, just the cost of a pint- excellent cause and it's worth it to see me look like a complete idiot running around Cardiff and trying to get to the top of a mountain!
