In loving memory of Grace Millane, we will be running the Brighton Marathon in on 2nd April 2023.

Grace was tragically murdered while backpacking in New Zealand on her 22nd birthday, in December 2018.

We, as a family and as women, want to see the end of male violence against women and will continue to fight the Rough Sex Defence in the UK, which has changed since Grace's passing.

Her memory and legacy is continued in everything that those who knew and loved her.

As the leading charity fighting male violence against women, White Ribbon engages with men and boys to take a stand against it. Dedicated to creating a culture where all men support and commit to the White Ribbon promise; to never use, excuse or remain silent about male violence against women.

The White Ribbon charity have been instrumental in raising awareness and promoting changing behaviours, urging people to take action.

Although there has been a huge outpouring of support in response to Grace's passing, some comments in the media have brought attention to how crucial a campaign like this is in educating people on the violence against women, and the prevalence of it.
