Hi everyone

Please get behind us and support a wonderful local charity called The One Love Project (TOLP) who support local homeless and vulnerable adults within the Southend area. 

Some of you will be aware that we (B MINDFUL) already offer TOLP support in mental health and wellbeing support on a weekly basis but we thought we would do something as a team which is fun to raise some much needed funds to support the charity.  Anything you can spare will go a long way to support those in need.
