Story

As a trustee for Manchester Mind I thought it was time to raise some much-needed funds for this incredible charity.

Being on the board, I hear about the amazing work they do and know what every extra pound can help deliver. A lot of people think local Minds get funding from national Mind, but they're completely separate charities. Manchester Mind provide support and advice to those who most need it in the city.

Subject to injury(!), I am attempting to run every day. Hopefully at least 20 mins but an absolute minimum of a mile a day. A mile a day for 31 days... ow!

For those so inclined, you can track (check) my progress on Strava: https://www.strava.com/athletes/32031447

If you can't or don't want to donate, there are lots of ways to get involved on the Manchester Mind website: https://www.manchestermind.org/get-involved/
