Hi everyone,

Those of you who know me well know that beating cancer is so important to me, not only from losing members of my family but currently because a close friend and colleague of mine is suffering with the disease.

A group of friends from my work decided to walk Shine 2013, a night-time walking half marathon on 28th of September, to raise money for Cancer Research UK, in honour of our amazing friend Sue. I will be thinking about her and my family every step of the way.

Please dig deep and sponsor me, any contribution, big or small, will make a difference. One day we will beat cancer, make it sooner.
