Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page for The Emily Ffion Trust.
A group of mildly deranged people will be running 12 or so miles through a soggy forest on 17th October, 2015. The main highlights (?) being the Hills of Hell (self explanatory), Lucifa's Lido (large cold lake to wade through) and the Bog of Doom (clue's in the title) to finish.
The team comprises of Ali Roberts, Ellis Doak, Matt Alexander, Tom Westcott, Neil Foster (Foz), Gary O'Reilly, Mathew McQuillan (Scatty), John Broad, James Porteous, Ade Rowlands and John Sowden.
We would be extremely grateful for any support you can give to this great cause and hope that you may even to be tempted to join us on our quest to get as filthy as possible.
