As most of you know, I work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the Community delivering vital palliative and end of life care to patients within their own homes. I have had good friends recently who have used the hospice and saw the amazing work Cynthia Spencer do whilst they cared for their Dad. 

I would like to dedicate this Abseil to James Gallagher ❤

As a Community Nurse, I work with/alongside Cynthia Spencer to provide palliative and end of life care to all my patients and their families and respect their dying wishes, so I am Tackling the Tower by abseiling 418 feet to help raise valuable funds for Cynthia Spencer Hospice.As a charity, they need to raise £3 every minute to continue to provide specialist palliative care to their patients and families in our local community.
