In memory of my little cousin Oliver, I have decided to join Matthew’s team to compete in Cheddar Gorge’s “Race the Sun”. This event includes a 50km cycle, a 15km walk and a 3km kayak. This is a fitting tribute to Oliver as he was always found outdoors either cycling, walking or following a pack of beagles!

The event takes place July, just before the anniversary of the bus crash on Exmoor.

I'm part of a team taking on Race the Sun Cheddar Gorge for children's charity Action Medical Research.In July I will be setting off at sunrise to bike, hike and paddle around a challenging course in a race against the sun.I'm racing in memory of my cousin Oliver and in aid of children's charity, Action Medical Research.
