Epilepsy Action is creating a world without limits for everyone affected by epilepsy, connecting people with others, and providing support and information you can trust. We’re calling out the misunderstanding, prejudice and barriers that stop people with epilepsy living their best life.

Story

7 years ago we lost a friend and brother to epilepsy. Rees was a big football and bike fan, so we thought we would combine the two and cycle between the home grounds his two favourite teams, Arsenal and Bristol City.

On 14th of August, 7 of us will be riding from the Emirates Stadium in London to Ashton Gate back in Bristol. A total of 220km (137 miles).

We are riding for Epilepsy Action who aim to improve the quality and availability of health care services for people with epilepsy and improve awareness and understanding of epilepsy. All donations are greatly appreciated
