The charity we want to support has given us outstanding help and support looking after Maurice in the last few weeks. It was his wish to stay at home, and the palliative care nurses in the community here in North Wales have been so generous in their kindness and compassion. They all give so much of themselves and we have been in awe of their dedication and commitment to a difficult aspect of nursing. We thank everyone involved in the delivery of palliative care in this region.
