Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My breastcancer journey was not one I expected to go through at the age of 40 but life has a habit of throwing things at us when we least expect them. As part of my journey I was introduced to the amazing breastfriends and family charity who were the most incredible support.
From items to make my treatment more comfortable to someone listening to my worries over a cuppa this amazing charity really have the best interests of breast cancer patients across West Lothian at the heart of everything they do.
So now it's my turn to say thank you to them and to help raise money for other men and women to be able to benefit from the charities work. On Saturday the 10th of September I will be stepping out of my comfort zone and will be taking part in an organised fire walk! This is something which fills me with fear but we never grow if we always stay within our comfort zone and so it's time to do something different.
I would be so grateful if you can spare any amount to help this charity continue with their amazing work and to give me the encouragement to get it done.
Thank you in advance
